Once again we are celebrating Riley's birthday. The years just keep on flyin by. Really Riley is halfway to 18:( He is changing in so many ways. Looking older for sure and acting older as well. Maybe acting like too much of a "tween" but I will deal. He continues to shine in school and in sports. A straight A student. He plays football, basketball, baseball, & tennis ( and soccer if he had the time)! He tried out back in the summer/fall for Harrison Youth Traveling Baseball. Proudly I can say he made it and has been practicing since December! Three boys from Klondike made it and the rest of the boys are from other Tippecanoe County schools. It looks like these boys are going to do well. He is really enjoying playing and starting to hit off of live arm and pitching himself! We can't wait for games and tournaments to start! Basketball starts this week and we are all looking forward to that.
We celebrated on his birthday by going to Outback Steakhouse and opening gifts. He got magician lights called D Lites from his brother & sister. Jason & I gave in after 9 years and got him a TV for his room. We were very against it for a long time but I think he's ready for it and with it comes a lot of rules.
We also celebrated with our families this past Saturday. We had a Colts themed party and we all really had a good time and after we watched the Colts playoff game. A great time was had by all!
